We are in the process of switching software vendors in the Clerk’s Office. With this switch, records as of 4/1/2019 will not be accessible here, on eSearch. To access, you will need to click on the following link, www.ecclix.com (http://www.ecclix.com) . After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to log-in to access the online database, through ECCLIX. If you are a 6-month, or year-long user, you have been grandfathered in to the new system. You will have access until your 6-month, or year-long subscription expires. Your username will be the same username you had with eSearch. Your password will be the contact last name plus 19. (Example: If the contact name on the account is Adam Jones, the password will be jones19.) After logging in for the first time, you will be need to update your password. This process will eliminate setup fees with the new vendor.
Residents of Union County will now have free access, for up to 5 searches. Monthly users will pay as normal.

One of the most important responsibilities of the County Clerk's office is the recording of land records. Recorded instruments date back to 1811. The most common documents recorded are deeds, mortgages, and assignments and mortgage releases.

You will need to create an account and secure a password to access the public records. You can do this at the online website or contact the Clerk's Office directly.
